The wet room entrance leads into a generous foyer with charming guest toilet to the right. The foyer leads through double doors into a vast lounge/dining room, with fireplace and 3 sliding doors onto the deck, commanding an excellent view of the garden and wrap around mountains.

The chef’s kitchen has a modern Aga-like stove with gas hob and warming plate. There is a large kitchen dining area, Nespresso coffee maker, microwave,  kettle/toaster. Lift out lever cabinets with food processor and liquidizer & built in ironing board as well as a washing machine and dishwasher in the separate scullery. Access to decks on both sides, with a cosy wine & gin bar off the kitchen/dining area. Upstairs is the generously sized master bedroom with ensuite shower room and the second bedroom has a walk-in dressing room with and ensuite bathroom.

There is a large balcony off the main bedroom as well as a balcony off the library/office.
