ACCOMMODATION
Kutali Places offers three one bedroomed units and one large 2 bedroom unit. The property is set on the Southern slopes of Table mountain with panoramic mountain views and mountain walks on your doorstep.
The units have all been modernised and upgraded with new kitchens, and have spacious bedrooms with fresh percale linen & well sized lounges & dining rooms with smart televisions.

- The indigenous garden is a beautiful place to amble through, admiring the floral diversity & a natural pool near a glade of tree ferns as well as a small plunge pool near the deck. Wake up at sunrise, to the sound of birdsong or sip cocktails whilst watching the sun set over the sand dunes. The wooden deck has patio table and chairs, umbrellas and wrap around views.
- There is a private barbecue for each unit with deck/patio tables and chairs.
- The units are serviced 1x/week with linen & towel changes. Further servicing can be arranged at R100/hour.
- We provide a laundry service on Tuesdays and Fridays at R400/load, washed, dried & ironed.
- Small functions can be arranged however ample notice is required.
- Arum house is an ideal setting for day or weekend workshops.
Arum House
A large 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom ranch style house.
The wet room entrance leads into a generous foyer with charming guest toilet to the right. The foyer leads through double doors into a vast lounge/dining room, with fireplace and 3 sliding doors onto the deck, commanding an excellent view of the garden and wrap around mountains.
Aristea
A one bedroom unit.
Aristea unit comprises a spacious lounge/dining room (6-seater dining table) with fully equipped kitchen with washing machine, fridge, kettle/toaster, induction hob, air fryer, microwave, Nespresso machine.
Ixia studio
A compact studio.
Comprising an open plan lounge/dining/kitchen and bedroom with an en suite shower room.
Loft cottage
A one bedroom unit.
Enter into a compact coat and shoe room with a washing machine and dishwasher under the staircase.
